However, there are some areas that need addressing by Management, and I have posted a much more detailed review on Expedia. Based on its location and décor this hotel should be a top tier Ngapali Hotel. It is stunning and peaceful. Main issues are Reception staff; general poor English language skills. "An immaculately maintained hotel. A lovely large room with semi circular front windows gave a good view of the sea horizon between the two beach front cottages. Good a/c, WiFi, TV we didn't try, fridge with mini bar selection beer and soft drinks, safe, tea and coffee. Bed turn down service. Well maintained gardens and pool, plenty of sun beds by the pool and beach. Good selection at breakfast, cereals, fruit, egg station, cheeses, hams, bacon, etc with several Asian hot dishes.
